I'm a reporter based in Austin, TX studying journalism and Middle Eastern studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Even though I'm still early in my career, I've managed to cover some heavy topics, including hate crimes, discrimination and police brutality. A self-proclaimed public information request warrior, I'm always on the lookout for insightful, impactful stories.
In my life outside journalism, I'm an internationally recognized juggler (no, I won't perform at your kid's birthday party), a henna artist and an avid reader.
